Life is a kind of journey, where we are with ourselves in every moment. During this life-long travel, we feel good if we go where we wish to go, with people we love and we put everything in our suitcase what we need. During these preparations, self knowledge is the only help that can be a faithful partner if we find it.
The aspiration of human nature, to get to know ourselves is not new. The admonition: „Get to know yourself” was formulated a long time ago. It was known that, the key of happiness is in self-knowledge, whatever incredible, it really takes place in ourselves. Generally, in this not so easy exercise, the mirrors of life and people in our enviorment are helping us. But nowadays there is a special method, selfness, which doesn’t give a complete plan for life but with its ideas, advice and practical methods can start everybody in a way which will be built just by their own steps.
Selfness pays favoured attention to steadiness and learning. Under the term steadiness, the targets are health for a long time, harmony and „long-lasting” life quality improvement. Surley, to feel good, the good general state of health, which is unfortunately not continual, is essential. Let’s invert this statement, if we have health for a long time, then the general state of health becomes steady, of which benefits are clear. Learning, is not less task than exploring our insight, in order to recognize our leading role in our own life, to get self confidence for a start, and last but not least to set a good direction for a goal.

All these services take part in wellness and without an exception give pleasent joy for those who test it, but it can just result in temporary relaxation for body and soul. By the end of a wellness weekend in a hotel, the participants get back in the daily round routin again. Selfness, keeping these just before mentioned pleasent services, is combined by teaching the members how to take an active part in their lives, to assure a long range body-soul-menthal harmony. The methods, after attaining, can be exercised at home, practiced, so thus contributing to further improvement.

Depending on the theme of the programme package, it is also possible to take part in traditional programmes just as in the latest examinations, which uses the newest methods. The chronobiologycal analysis is one of these newest services, which focus on the cosmical effects in the moment of birth. The cosmical electromagnetic occurences influence the human body, already in the moment of birth and determine us like a kind of third parent”.
