Macok Bisztró is a light-hearted place with a playful interior design, offering an extraordinary culinary experience featuring local winemakers in the historic center of Eger at the entrance to the Castle. They are serious about their food from ingredient to presentation. Their dishes recall traditional flavors but are imaginatively re-thought. When selecting the ingredients, they visited the best artisanal small producers in the area who provide the first-rate raw materials such as the trout from Szilvásvárad, the specialty cheeses from Bükk or their own homemade pasta.
