Slash, one of the world’s best-known guitarists, famed for his iconic playing, curly hair and top hat, returns to Budapest with his own project, Slash feat. Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators, on the Flying Blind World Tour 2027. The band will present their new album, Flying Blind, to Hungarian fans at Budapest Park on 14 July.

    Alongside the announcement of the Flying Blind World Tour 2027, the band have released the title track from their fifth studio album, Flying Blind. The new album arrives on 26 February 2027, five years after the widely praised 4. The newly released track is another masterclass in modern riff-craft, feeling both timeless and elemental in its power.

    Slash is known not only as the guitarist of Guns N’ Roses, but as an iconic, Grammy-winning guitarist, songwriter and film producer. His albums have sold more than 100 million copies worldwide; he has received one Grammy Award and seven nominations, been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and appeared on the New York Times Best Seller list. Widely regarded as one of the greatest rock guitarists of all time, Slash is also one of the most recognisable figures in pop culture worldwide. Time magazine ranked him second only to Jimi Hendrix in its list of the 10 greatest guitarists.

    Slash created some of rock’s most distinctive sounds, including the guitar riffs on Guns N’ Roses’ chart-topping songs “Sweet Child o’ Mine” and “Welcome to the Jungle”. After leaving the world-famous band, his Slash’s Snakepit project earned critical acclaim, followed by global success with the supergroup Velvet Revolver, before he embarked on his solo career. After his debut solo album - featuring Ozzy Osbourne, Fergie and Myles Kennedy, among others - topped the charts in 2010, he formed his current band, Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators (SMKC). The group’s member - Myles Kennedy on vocals, Brent Fitz on drums, Todd Kerns on bass and vocals, and Frank Sidoris on rhythm guitar - have been touring and making music together for more than a decade. They last gave an unforgettable concert in Hungary at the MVM Dome in 2024. Now it is time for their return: 14 July at Budapest Park.
