Oktoberfest in Budapest 2017

The biggest beer event in the world will once again make an appearance in Budapest this year for the 5th year in a row and will have an even larger Paulaner beer tent with plenty of fun programs and concerts from October 5-8.
This year's Oktoberfest Budapest will move to the historic horse-racing venue, Kincsem Park and will be held in a much larger area than ever before. Also this year, the opening hours will be extended and there will be over 50 performances during the four day event as well as the best craft breweries from Hungary, Bavaria and other countries, offering a choice of 300 different beers.
Special Bavarian food specialties can be sampled at the festival: classics such as Wiesn-Hendl, grilled chicken with potato salad or cabbage salad, roast ham hocks, Bavarian sausages and the unmissable Bavarian pretzel, the Brezn. For sweet tooths, there will be heart-shaped gingerbread cookies, Kaiserschmarren and warm strudel. In accordance with Bavarian traditions, visitors will also be able to enjoy horse racing, harness racing and greyhound racing.
For all pre-purchased ticket holders, the festival will provide a free shuttle bus service every 10 minutes from the Stadium throughout the event.
