Madmans Esprit brings the dark side of visual kei to Budapest

19 October 2026

South Korean visual kei–influenced extreme metal band Madmans Esprit brings its powerful riffs, emotionally driven storytelling and striking visual elements to Budapest. The band has become an increasingly popular live act across Europe, building a steadily growing fanbase - including in Budapest. Madmans Esprit will perform at Analog Music Hall on February 10.

The roots of Madmans Esprit’s sound lie in black metal, while their music also incorporates elements of folk and classical music. Rather than functioning as a simple genre fusion, these influences are organically integrated into the structure of the compositions, shaping both the musical flow and emotional dynamics.

Active since 2010, the band has built a significant international audience in recent years, performing sold-out shows in countries including the United Kingdom, Germany, Finland, Poland and Romania.

Now, Budapest will finally get its turn on February 10. The band released its fourth full-length album, Dandelion, in March this year, and alongside its touring activity, Madmans Esprit has also become an established presence in Japan’s visual kei scene.

Tickets for the Budapest show go on sale on October 22 at 10:00 a.m.
