Four-handed Dinner at Costes Downtown

Two passionate chefs will be cooking together in an exclusive, one-night only, four-handed dinner at Budapest’s Michelin-star restaurant Costes Downtown. Host Chef Tiago Sabarigo has invited his friend Chef Tomas Lidakevicius to concoct a memorable tasting menu, on February 10.

About Tomas

Born in Lithuania, Tomas lived in the UK for the past ten years where he trained in some of London’s best Michelin-star restaurants, such as Galvin at Windows, Corrigan’s Mayfair and City Social. Currently, he is Head Chef at the Peninsula Restaurant at InterContinental London – The O2. Fun fact: He enjoys Rap music - he has even released an own album.

About Tiago

Portugese Chef Tiago Sabarigo has worked in the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, Petrus by Gordon Ramsay London and Texture, London. The perfectionist, hard-working chef names Aggi Sverrisson as his biggest influence ’food wise’, and Gordan Ramsay for standards and mentality. He worked together with Tomas in Texture – where the idea of presenting a four-hand dinner together was born.
