Innovative cuisine is offered along with a notable wine selection at the IKON restaurant in the center of Debrecen. A nice wide terrace and great interior design makes a strong impression on guests, paired with the young professional team of employees eager to serve. Countless Hungarian and Foreign wines are presented with the main spotlight on Eger and Tokaj. We started with an appetizer named “foretaste from the chamber” which included cheese, mangalica, sausage, salami, preserved ham, rabbit pate, homemade pickles and tasty bread. We also enjoyed the rose duck breasts made with red cabbage, coleslaw with pomegranate, salmon with a side of quinoa and pak choy. To end our magnificent dinner, a slice of chocolate cheesecake filled with pistachio cream and plum sauce was the perfect final touch!
