Stereo Chef, already an iconic place
The Stereo Chef Restaurant and Club opened last October in the impressive Old Buda Promenade offering a diverse menu and tailor-made cocktails in an unparalleled atmosphere thanks to the eclectic music tunes that play almost every evening.

To combine several themes in one establishment is not always a good idea. Nevertheless, this has worked out well at Stereo Chef. Guests are welcomed into a cozy interior that reflects the styles of blues and country through the rustic mood of the space. The kitchen of chef István Menyhárt is completely open, allowing guests to follow the preparation.

Let's have breakfast!
They kick off the day at 7:30am with the Stereo breakfast: from the traditional scrambled egg-well-known in this country- to American pancakes, everything can be found. Lunch begins at noon, with daily menus, many starters (homemade crèmes with crispy bread, mango salad with lobster), soups (squash crème soup, tomato crème soup with alphabet noodle), main dishes (tripe stew from pork with caraway potato), vegetarian courses and salads (rosé breast of duck with blue cheese salad) and last but not least desserts (sweet quark dumplings with sour cream and homemade ginger spiced jam) just to mention a few specialties. When night falls, this compelling restaurant changes its image and presents top-notch meats, such as the Argentinean rib eye, rump steam or tenderloin of beef prepared on a grid iron. Beyond all this, as icing on the cake, from Wednesday to Sunday evenings, including Sunday brunch, blues to jazz live music makes the experience even better.

Fake wine, divine
In addition to the enjoyable meals and atmosphere at Stereo Chef’s Restaurant and Club, there are the drinks prepared by Krisztián Garamvölgyi, the master of the club’s regal cocktail bar. These include a wide selection of cocktails and the alcohol and sugar free red wine syrup, which triggered an international echo recently.
