Két cica Brunch in the Sofitel
Hungarian gastro blogger Ildikó Bezselics (Két Cica Konyhája) will be the guest of the Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge hotel's traditional Sunday Brunch on October 28. Enjoy the flavors of the fall season with her!

Autumn has finally arrived with its breathtaking colours and scents. What could be better than spending the last warm days and evenings outside, enjoy seasonal vegetables and fruits and other miracles. In the Sofitel’s La Terrasse Restaurant comfort plays the main role, the hotel wants to make housewives to feel that extraordinary luxury feeling to just sit back at a Sunday meal, and do absolutely nothing. The delicious courses are made by chefs; tables and decoration are the task of the professional team of the waiters, children are supervised by animators. The little ones can eat tasty and healthy food, and play creative and skill developing games, during their parents can have their meal in perfect peace. In addition, the hotel gives 50% discount of the brunch for children, and under the age of 6 it is absolutely free.
The reloaded Sofitel Sunday Brunch provides special programs for the season, one of them is the 'Két Cica Brunch' on October 28 with gastro-blogger Bezselics Ildikó. “The thought has always inspired me to “eat up autumn” during one dinner. Bu this season gives so many tasty ingredients that I couldn’t fit them into one menu. I was so happy when Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge asked me to compose their seasonal Sunday Brunch. I can’t wait to start cooking in their kitchen on Saturday morning. 
The Két Cica konyhája brings different food inspirations, for example soup from forest mushrooms with truffle oil, red wine infused plum soup, crispy duck leg with grape sauce and polenta, catfish fillet with fennel sauce, spinach dumplings, stuffed mushroom and eggplant with mashed potatoes, “Máglyarakás” -milk loaf- quince layered cake with meringue, Pear cake with chocolate and caramel syrup, and other mouth watering courses. Children will be able to taste the Mint infused fish burger and fennel mayonnaise, followed by a wonderful dessert: blueberry dropped pancake, topped with pink blueberry sauce and popping sugar. This brunch can’t be missed; the aim is to bring something feel-like-home into the kitchen of a 5 star luxury hotel!
