This 4-day beer feast is traditionally held in the courtyards of the Royal Castle, where, together with the best Hungarian breweries and beer factories, the world’s beer super powers will be present. Thirsty festival goers can keep themselves cool with English, Irish, Belgian, Czech and German drinks on the warm summer evenings. Well known Hungarian breweries like Borsodi and Dreher, along with lesser-known microbreweries will showcase their products. The focus of this year’s festival is on the Czech beers.
Last year’s favorite, the cider terrace will be open again. Visitors will have a chance to learn about the history of beer making and enjoy great food and a number of concerts.
