The festival offers lectures held by professionals, yoga, relaxation and dancing courses, macrobiotic and vegetarian food, cooking courses, an eco and organic market – not exclusively for veggies. This year the main topics include raw food,  the vegan way of life and the physiological effects of consuming milk –  to mention only a few. The goal of the event is to ease anxiety and dissolve misbelieves about vegetarianism and to show that we can lead a healthy life by consuming a lot of vegetables and fruits. During the two days of the festival one will have the opportunity to consult naturopathists too. It also offers several music and dance-programs, one of the most famous Hungarian comedian, András Laár will perform a funny show on the conscious way of eating whilst the model-school of Enikő Sütő will present a fashion-show of dresses made of recycled materials.
